Entry to the venue is on a short, unpaved road (be sure to waive 'hi' to the friendly horses and cattle!). Please note that the ceremony will be held on the lawn, and the ceremony and reception are outdoors.
What is the dress code for the event?
Bearing in mind the venue is outdoors, you may want to plan your shoe choice accordingly, as well as an outer layer as the temperature dips in the evening. The venue is located in a high desert with daytime temperatures averaging 80°F/31°C and evening temperatures as low as 50°F/10°C. While there is no formal dress code, guests will likely be comfortable in semi-formal attire.
Can I bring more guests than listed on the invitation?
Unfortunately, no. Due to venue space limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Only those named on the invitation envelope who have RSVP'd will have a reserved space.
Do we need to tip the bartender or pay for drinks?
While additional tips for the bartender are always welcome, we have already included a gratuity. So enjoy! Or, as some say in France, "Be our Guest!"
Is there a time we need to leave the reception by?
We plan to wrap up the festivities by 11:30 pm, so come ready to dance, eat, and enjoy the evening with us!
What is the bride and groom's event schedule?
We plan to arrive in Tubac no later than Thursday early afternoon, May 22nd, and will leave on Sunday, May 25th.
What is the mood of your wedding?
Our wedding is considered a romantic style, with soft blushes, deep blues, and touches of velvety green, combined with the outdoor backdrop of colorful flowers and mesquite trees.
Will children be allowed at the wedding?
With love, we are limiting our guest list to adults and only children in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
